CCM 13 Copper Coated Micro Steel Fibre

Copper Coated Micro (CCM) steel fibre is used in Ultra High Performance Concrete or UHPC. It’s very high tensile strength provides high performance and excellent abrasion and crack resistance.

Mixing Information

The fibres must not be added first, they can be gradually added by conveyor during the batching process or at the end of the batching process. The mixing drum should be rotated at full speed for five minutes after the fibres are added to ensure even fibre distribution. The concrete slump should be checked and adjusted after mixing. Depending on requirements the does rate may vary between 40-100kg/m3

Packing & Storage

Supplied in 10kg and 20kg paper bags. Keep dry, store under cover.
