0612CS Cut sheet steel fibres in various lengths

Conforce Cut Sheet Fibres 0612 CS are used for shotcreting and can be applied by pump. Various lengths are available to order. The fibres are slit from steel sheet and have a >800N/mm² (800Mpa) tensile strength. Cut sheet fibres allow the concrete to have a very high density of fibre. The fibres are supplied loose.

Mixing Information

The fibres must not be added first, they can be gradually added by conveyor during the batching process or at the end of the batching process. The mixing drum should be rotated at full speed for five minutes after the fibres are added to ensure even fibre distribution. The concrete slump should be checked and adjusted after mixing. Depending on requirements the dose rate may be as high as 120kg/m3.

Packing & Storage

Supplied in 20kg carton on 1200kg pallets. Keep dry, store under cover.
